Global People Operations Leader
Ten years. Three continents. One belief: that people strategy, done right, is the most powerful lever a business has.
I'm a Global People Operations Leader with a decade of experience building and scaling HR functions across the U.S., U.K., and EU. I advise C-suites, lead organizational transformation, and turn business objectives into people strategy that works. For startups navigating hypergrowth and enterprises managing complex, multi-site workforces alike.
What sets me apart is the ability to operate at both ends of the spectrum: architecting enterprise-grade talent systems and building people culture from scratch with equal fluency. I bring operational rigor, commercial acumen, and a creative lens to every organization I join, designing experiences that strengthen retention, deepen engagement, and position people as a true competitive advantage.
With a growing practice in ethical AI, I bring a principled perspective to how automation and data-driven decisions affect workforce equity, employee experience, and organizational trust. Technology adoption should center people, not just efficiency.
